Can I leave the site and come back later?

We love seeing you—and seeing you again—at Oniria! However, any exit from the site is final.

What are the opening hours?

The Oniria Aquarium is open every day of the year from 10 AM. Check our calendar for closing times.

When are the least crowded days and times?

Visiting the Aquarium on a rainy day increases the chances of large crowds. Be proactive and don’t wait for bad weather to come see us!
Outside of exceptional weather conditions, the least busy times are usually between 12:00 and 2:00 PM and at the end of the day.

I can’t print my tickets—can I show them on my tablet and/or phone?

Yes, and you’ll be helping to preserve our forests by reducing paper consumption! Just make sure your smartphone or tablet is fully charged to use this service.

Is there an area to have a picnic inside the aquarium?

Our residents are big food lovers, so it’s best not to tease them during your meal breaks. Picnics are not allowed inside the premises.

Is there parking in front of the aquarium?

Yes, there is a parking lot located in front of the aquarium (subject to availability), which is paid during July and August. Two other parking areas are also nearby. See the “Access & Accessibility” page for more information.

My children are still in strollers—can I access the entire aquarium?

Yes, the visit is accessible to 4-wheel, non-motorized strollers to help us preserve our carbon footprint.

Can I bring my dog?

No, your beloved pets are not allowed on the site. They’ll have to wait patiently for your return home.

How long does the visit last?

You can take all the time you need to enjoy Oniria, but an average visit usually lasts between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Can I film or take photos?

Yes, our residents are unconditional professional models—they love to pose! However, they don’t appreciate flash photography, so please remember to disable your flash before taking pictures.

Are there lockers where I can leave my luggage?

No, for security reasons and due to the Vigipirate plan, we are unable to store your belongings. Please remember to travel light!

Are my booked and prepaid tickets exchangeable or refundable?

Dear Onirians, tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Please check your schedule carefully before purchasing your tickets online!

Is the parking accessible to motorhomes?

We’re big fans of motorhome travel too! However, there is no parking area suitable for this type of vehicle directly in front of the site.
You will find a parking lot located right next to Rosa Luxemburg High School, just a 10-minute walk away.
