The Oniria Aquarium has been awarded certification for three types of disabilities: auditory, motor, and intellectual. This recognition helps reassure and attract new visitors seeking committed, inclusive, and responsible venues.
The entire visit is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Elevators and ramps allow visitors to move easily throughout the site.
Several parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities are available around the aquarium.
Adapted restrooms are accessible on every floor of the facility.
Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed inside the aquarium (upon presentation of an official card).
Hearing loops are available at the aquarium reception desk (counter loop and portable loop).
